To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by a low-price-supplements Return Processing Authorization (RPA) Number. We are not responsible for packages seized through customs. Please verify that the ingredients for the products you are shipping international is accepted in your country.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable (original and return). If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
