To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by a low-price-supplements Return Processing Authorization (RPA) Number. Damaged Items
•Damaged Products must be received by us before any refunds.
•We will need proof of the damage which can be given with a detailed photo of damaged item (if open or cracked, we need to see the bottle open), the invoice, and the packaging you received this in. For damaged products, we may issue a store credit for you with proper proof. We do this because of fraud.
•All problems with orders must be reported within 72 hours upon receiving them.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide return shipping labels for customers outside the United States.
We are not responsible for packages seized through customs. Please verify that the ingredients for the products you are shipping international is accepted in your country.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable (original and return). If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
